What Is Orbital Fat?

Orbital fat sits around the eyeball like a filler and is held in place by a membrane called the septum.
Over time, aging can loosen this septum, causing the fat to sag, or the septum may curl inward,
exposing the bony structure around the eye. When the upper eyelid becomes hollow,
it creates a tired impression and can also make the double eyelid crease look unnatural.
